Installation Made Easy
Set-up with Smart Life
Step 1： Search “Smart Life” on App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code on your User Manual to download and install it
Step 2：Connect the plug to your local 2.4GHz WiFi with your phone connected to it
Step 3：Set up your Smart Life account
Step 4：Plug the WN-SP1 into an AC outlet
Step 5：Add Device>ELECTRICAL OUTLET and confirm the device in the app
Step 6：Easy Mode or AP Mode (Long press on/off button of the device for about five seconds)
Step 7：Schedule your appliances
Easy Set Up with Echo Device
Please make sure you have setup with Smart Life first
1.Open Alexa App and go to “Skills”
2.Search “Smart Life” and “Enable”
3.Login to your Smart Life account on the Alexa app
4.Tap ”Done” and “Discover Devices”
Some tips for you:
1.If the indicator doesn’t flash when you connect the smart plug for first time, please hold the button on the plug for 5-10 seconds and see if it fixes the problem.
2.If the smart device can’t be connected to WiFi, please long press the ON/OFF button for 5~10 seconds to reset the smart plug. You can also try to change the Easy Mode to AP Mode which may be more compatible.
3.The smart socket only works with 2.4GHz network. If your router broadcasts both 2.4 and 5GHz, please select the 2.4GHz network within the app. If connection still fails, we recommend you call your WN-SP1 and have them completely shut off the 5GHz network on the router. You are free to change the network to 5GHz again after connecting.
4.Please try to have your smart outlet and router as close to each other as possible when first connecting. You can move them both to more suitable locations after pairing successfully.
